An incredibly well appointed gym in Westlake Business Park, the Virgin Active Steenberg club is a favourite amongst families and professionals from in and around scenic Steenberg, Cape Town. There’s plenty of parking underground (and it’s free for members) and the perfect starting or finish point for a long weekend ride or run.

The Club-V Max is the perfect destination for kids between 6 weeks and 13 years. With different movement zones for different ages, the access controlled space is a place full of laughter, movement and fun. There are also two heated swimming pools. Aqua Fitness classes and learn to swim classes take place in the leisure pool while the 5-lane 25m lap pool is home to squad and solo swimming.

When it comes to gym classes, there really is something for everyone. There’s Yoga and Pilates in the serene Mind Body Studio, a great Cycle Studio and an additional studio which is home to Dance, Boxing, HIIT and more. The Zumba classes are a must try! The strength training and functional floors are kitted out with all the equipment, toys and gear you could need and there is a large cardio floor for your heart racing exercise requirements. Our Personal Trainers are also on hand to help you set and achieve your goals, so you never have to go it alone.
